After-Sales Service:
1. Your PEAKBAR disposable vape is covered by a 12-month warranty after shipment, excluding human-induced damage.
2. Rigorous quality checks ensure a defective rate of less than 1% before packing.
3. Should any defect occur during transit or due to misuse, we will include replacements in your next order. If defects exceed 1%, all defective products must be returned for replacement.
4. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, while sellers cover the cost of resending replacements.
