After-Sales Service:
1. Each PEAKBAR disposable vape is backed by a 12-month warranty post-shipment, excluding human-induced factors.
2. Every product undergoes rigorous inspection before packing, ensuring a defective rate of less than 1%.
3. Should defects occur during transport or due to improper use, replacements will be included in your subsequent order. For defects over 1%, all faulty units should be returned for replacement.
4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, while we cover the cost of sending replacements.
