After-Sales Service:
1. Each of our disposable vapes is backed by a 12-month warranty from shipment date, excluding human-inflicted damage.
2. Rigorous quality checks pre-packing ensure a minimal defective rate of less than 0.3%.
3. Should any defects arise during transit or due to misuse, we guarantee replacements in your subsequent order. If defects exceed 0.3%, return all faulty units for replacement.
4. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility, while replacement shipping is covered by us.
